Blue Calm

July 29, 2014

An ocean of blue stretching as far as the eye can see…there’s simply nothing more relaxing for me. These photos are some of the few that were saved from my recent computer crash and I’m so happy that I’m able to share them with you. I just love all the blue and green tones…they make me feel so happy every time I look at them. I’m totally obsessed with this Karen Zambos top, which I think is the perfect tropical holiday top, and the shell details from This Little Gypsy Shop belt. And of course these incredible anklets from Grace Bijioux. I’ll be living in these in Bali :)

Maintaining a calm and strong centre is so essential to my well being. I practice this through breath and presence and it really helps me to navigate the busy ebbs and flows of my life. Today I’m feeling ever so grateful for those peaceful moments in life and every minute I get to spend by the beautiful blue ocean.

Love you all so much, Helen xx

It’s the first day of winter here in Aus and it’s definately layering time in WA…..icy, desert cold mornings, warm, bright, blue sunny days. One of my favourite things about this time of year is rocking lots of different layers. Kimonos and long tees under fitted jackets are a favourite look of mine, paired with either jeans or shorts. Layering jewels is always so much fun and so easy with Goldbarr. And Rue Stiic basics provide me with an amazing canvas to adorn with all my jewels. The quality, texture and cuts in this range are all perfect.

Definitely grab yourself some Rue Stiic and check out all the amazing jewels I’ve stacked – Goldbarr Versailles + Behati neck pieces, Lost Lover, Forever soles + Free People.

Layer up lovelies and never be afraid to share your inner gypsy! And whenever you get the chance to shed your layers, immerse yourself in nature, feel your bare feet on the earth and dance upon the sand.

Love and gratitude,

Helen
