We work with passion and love to bring you a carefully curated collection of our favourite jewels + accessories from around the world. We hope you wear them with love and appreciation for yourself, and as a reminder of how beautiful and magnificent you truly are xx

Orders + Payment

  • An order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order is completed. A second delivery confirmation email will be sent with tracking information once your order has been posted. With your tracking number you can track your parcel here
  • Payments can be made securely via Paypal or Credit card.
  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars AUD.
  • Backorders will only be available if item/s are due to arrive within 2-3 days.

Shipping

  • Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) of payment being received. We endeavour to pack and ship next day whenever possible. During sale times, there may be 1-2 days further delay on shipping.
  • We ship worldwide from Western Australia, so please keep this in mind in regards to postage delivery times to your state/country.
  • Australian orders will be shipped flat rate via:
    • Express parcel post – Registered – signature required upon delivery $10 AUD
  • International orders will be shipped flat rate via:
    • Standard Pack and Track or Registered post $25 AUD
    • Express International post $50 AUD
    • More information on international postage options and approximate delivery times for each country can be obtained here
    • FREE Shipping is offered on all orders over $200 AUD
  • If you require insurance or an alternate postage option please contact us here.
  • All international customers are responsible for customs import taxes and duties within their own country. We will include an invoice with each parcel stating the full amount of each package. An estimation on charges for each country can be obtained here.

Refunds + Exchanges

  • We offer refunds and exchanges only if an item is damaged, defective or broken upon delivery. Contact must be made within 7 days of arrival with the item being returned within 21 days thereafter. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags included.
  •  We are unable to refund items once purchased based on change of mind, or incorrect sizing, so please take your time in deciding if this is right for you.
  • Please check ring sizes here or with your local jeweller before purchasing so you can find the right fit. We do offer an exchange for correct sizing based upon availability. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. GypsyLovinLight will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges available on SALE items. All sale purchases are final.
